Church Hosts Celebration Of Life For Hooks

Detroit - The body of civil rights pioneer and long time NAACP Executive Director, Benjamin Hooks, is available for public  viewing today and tomorrow at the Greater Middle Baptist Church, 4982 Knight Arnold Road, Memphis, TN.  The funeral for Dr. Hooks will take place tomorrow at 11 AM at  Temple Of Deliverance, 369 G.E. Patterson Avenue, Memphis, TN.

Dr. Hooks passed away last Thursday, after a long illness. He was 85.
