Tour will Kick off on May 4th in Little Rock, AR

K’NAAN has announced that he will be joining SNOOP DOGG on the road as the opener for the southeast leg of the rapper’s national tour. The run begins on May 4th in Little Rock, AR and ends on May 17th in Hilton Head, SC.
 
Having made a powerful mark on the music world with his breakthrough debut, K’NAAN now has returned with his sophomore album, Troubadour (A&M/Octone Records). Debuting at #32 on Billboard’s Top 200, K’NAAN carves a new path on Troubadour filled with eloquent and thought-provoking lyrics in the tradition of great folk singers and protest songs. With classic beats, novel instrumentation and innovative rhymes, the album also features a slew special collaborations including Damian “JR Gong” Marley, Mos Def, Kirk Hammett of Metallica, Adam Levine & James Valentine of Maroon 5 and Chubb Rock, who is featured on the first single, “ABC’s.” K’NAAN performed the track on Jimmy Kimmel Live!last month.
 
In addition to his tour with Snoop, K’NAAN will be performing at Coachella on April 17th.
