Letter questions process used to select single black candidate in Chicago board race

 A  letter was mailed to the attention of Rev. Clay Evans, founder, Concerned Clergy 
for a Better Chicago by Rev. Paul Jakes, Jr., president of the 
Christian Council on Urban Affairs.

The letter raises the question of the process used by the Concerned 
Clergy group to select a single candidate under the banner of 
"unification" according to the group.
