MFHA's 2009 Employee Engagement Survey

MFHA's 2009
Industry Engagement Survey

In Partnership with:

Forward to a Friend

Know someone who would like to participate?

Forward the email to them.

MFHA needs your assistance with distributing the link to our 2nd Annual Industry Engagement Survey. This is a nationwide survey of employees in our industry with the goal of gathering targeted feedback that will improve our diversity recruitment and retention efforts industry wide.

The survey will focus on the following:

1. Attitudes towards having a long-term career in the industry

2. Employee perceptions of diversity efforts in the industry

3. Employee engagement levels and identifying the issues that have the most impact on whether an employee decides to leave or stay with a company.

Last August at the MFHA Talent Summit, after we released the result of the 2008 survey, attendees told us that we needed more responses from front-line and hourly employees in your stores, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants. To make that improvement, we need your help. We need you to direct the survey link below to your entry-level employees or to coworkers who have access to those employees. And, we need you to encourage them to participate. The deadline is Friday, April 17th. Here is the link and communication for your employees:
