PHILADELPHIA , June 23 /Businesswire/ - Noble, the consumer-centric digital commerce and marketing platform for onsite experiences, announced today the company has expanded its digital commerce network for contactless concessions in Richmond, VA. Guests in the Richmond area will now have one consistent tool to use, citywide, that is agnostic to point of sale systems, venue platforms, and events.

The Noble mobile concession ordering platform is transforming the way patrons order food and drink and assists venues in managing operational changes to meet consumer expectations at live events. The omni-channel platform can be used across apps, web, text, and other integrations. Its cashless online ordering service—currently available at 200 venues across the country—allows for contact-free ordering of food, drinks and even merchandise all from their phones. “It is exciting to see the Richmond region embrace digital commerce technology to enhance the experience of their live event offerings,” said Matt Draper, chief operating office, Noble. “The expansion of the Noble network in the area clearly signifies it is a progressive city of venues looking to modernize their businesses, and it’s our pleasure to finally bring a go-to brand to local patrons which allows for one account to be used across multiple venues that are not technically related.”

Noble is more than a shopping cart as it provides a robust suite of tools to manage mobile ordering operations on the ground like dynamic volume control, risk management, and best-in-class consulting support.

“Richmond has a robust arts scene where residents are attending festivals, concerts, theater productions and more on a regular basis. Guests at our events have asked for a universal way to order their food and drink so that they can spend more time enjoying the entertainment, not being in lines,” said Stephen Lecky, director of events for Venture Richmond. “Choosing the Noble app was an easy decision because its network of venues provides that consistency to our consumers.”

Noble’s digital commerce solutions enable venues to offer cashless, contactless food and beverage services across locations including breweries, concert venues, sports arenas, casinos, hotels, and more. Noble’s network of venues offers consumers a universal, trusted way to order onsite.
