AUSTIN, Texas , May 02 /Businesswire/ - In celebration of National Small Business Week (April 28 - May 4, 2024), Ross Buhrdorf, the CEO of ZenBusiness® and a renowned serial entrepreneur, is set to launch a dynamic series of "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) Q&A sessions focused on starting, running, and growing a successful business to complement ongoing webinar and workshop series for ZenBusiness customers. These private Zoom sessions aim to equip ZenBusiness small business owners with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of starting and running a business. The inaugural AMA featuring Ross is scheduled for 4:30 pm ET on May 14, 2024 and will explore critical topics ranging from pitching a business idea to scaling operations and more.

The year-long AMA program will feature a lineup of AMA sessions with various ZenBusiness leaders, each providing their unique insights and expertise. Customers will have the opportunity to engage directly with senior executives across the organization, gaining practical advice and personalized answers to their most pressing questions. This series is part of the ZenBusiness commitment to empowering business owners to reach their dreams and achieve success with guidance from internal experts and ZenBusiness partners.

"Announcing this AMA series during Small Business Week underscores our core mission to simplify the challenges of small business operations so customers can focus on doing what they love," said Ross Buhrdorf, CEO of ZenBusiness. "We believe in making entrepreneurship accessible to everyone, and these sessions are a direct line to that goal. By connecting emerging business owners with seasoned leaders, we're not just sharing knowledge—we're actively building a community where every question is valued and every challenge is met with guidance. This initiative reflects our commitment to being the trusted partner business owners can turn to at every step of their journey."

Interested customer participants are encouraged to register for the AMA sessions and advanced webinars inside the ZenBusiness platform. Additional information will be released in the newsletter and via LinkedIn throughout the month of May.

ZenBusiness Extends Benefits for Grant Winners; Reaches $500K in Grants Milestone.

In addition to announcing the new AMA series, ZenBusiness has reached a milestone in its efforts to help its customers successfully grow their businesses as part of its ZenBusiness Grant Program. Since 2020, ZenBusiness has awarded over $500K to early-stage customers to help them build their businesses. Understanding the financial hurdles that small business owners face, ZenBusiness aims to ease these challenges through financial support in the form of $5,000 grants. The grant program is designed specifically for existing ZenBusiness customers who have actively engaged with its services and are looking to make a positive impact within their communities. Moving forward, grantee winners will also have access to special monthly office hours with the ZenBusiness team which will focus on the first 90 days of launching a business. This grant program is another example of how ZenBusiness is committed to fostering small business success and community development. By providing this financial boost, ZenBusiness aims to empower small businesses to continue their contributions to their communities effectively and sustainably. Recent grantees include:

  • Abigail Keller, Abby Keller Coaching: The grant enabled Abigail to invest in essential business systems, allowing her to concentrate her efforts on coaching and empowering cancer patients to advocate effectively within the healthcare system.
  • Desiré Greene, Letter C: Funding helped the Letter C team connect its services, which make access to special healthcare for autistic children easier, with the families that need them most.
  • Dr. Ricardo Camacho, Salud Chicago: Grant funds provided the opportunity to secure venues for monthly mental health discussions within Chicago’s Latinx and marginalized communities, addressing a critical need for accessible mental health resources in the area.
