America's Minority Health Network, Inc. Names Network President

BURBANK, Calif., -- AMHN, Inc. (the "Company"), parent company of America's Minority Health Network, Inc. ("America's Minority Health Network"), announced today that its expansion of network operations has created a shift in support personnel and created five new jobs openings in Subscription Sales.

Robert Cambridge, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, promoted Shaneeka James from Director of Subscription Sales for America's Minority Health Network, Inc. to President and Chief Executive Officer of that division. This promotion expands the scope of her duties of signing up locations for the Company's African-American oriented patient education programming to now include her direct involvement in advertising sales. Cambridge stated, "We place great importance on obtaining subscriptions to our network from physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare professionals that primarily service African-Americans. Ms. James' experience in this area will help us reach our Phase I goal of 1,000 locations more quickly."

Prior to joining America's Minority Health Network in 2009, Ms. James was an Event Marketing Executive, specializing in VIP and Guest Services Promotions for Phoenix-based HYB Entertainment. Ms. James also previously served as a Customer Relations Representative at IBM (International Business Machines) where she lead the Accounts Receivable Team, whose responsibilities included the collection of past due billing in excess of $12 million annually.

Ms. James was selected to join the Kaiser Permanente Health Education Department in her native San Francisco as a Youth Educator. While serving with Kaiser's research team, she assisted in the production of health education videos along with creation and distribution of literature on the subject. Shortly thereafter, Ms. James was chosen from among thousands of applicants to receive the Bay Area Urban Bankers Liberal Arts Scholarship. She used the scholarship to attend California State University Fullerton where she studied Communications.

Ms. James promoted Andre Small from Customer Service Manager to Director of Subscription Sales. In conjunction with the relocation of the corporate offices to Burbank, America's Minority Health Network created five jobs in Subscription Sales that will be filled from the surrounding Burbank community. Currently, America's Minority Health Network provides programming in 131 subscribing locations and has an additional 26 locations awaiting installation.
