SCMP clinched three Golds and one Silver, while SPH Media took home two Golds and two Silvers, celebrating their exceptional accomplishments in front page design, photography, and infographics.
Kumparan also earned four awards, standing out as the top winner in the small and medium category. This category is designed for companies with annual revenues of less than USD 10 million and showcases the success of smaller media firms.
The awards were given out at a celebration cocktail reception at Mount Faber Peak, Singapore, in conjunction with the Asian Media Leaders Summit.
At the presentation ceremony, Roche proudly sponsored the Best in Healthcare Reporting and Best in Healthcare Infographics awards, highlighting the critical role of impactful journalism in healthcare. Roche’s support highlights its commitment to advancing public awareness and education through excellence in healthcare reporting and visual storytelling.
This year’s competition also celebrated first-time winners, including The Korea Economic Daily and Nhan Dan Newspaper, who were making their debut in the prestigious awards.
