Season 6 Promo Trailer

ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — REVOLT, the leading Black-owned multimedia platform, announced the return of Bet On Black for its sixth season, powered by Target. The season premiered Monday, October 19 at 9pm ET on REVOLT’s linear network, and the premiere episode is now streaming on REVOLT.tv and YouTube. Target has backed Bet on Black for all six seasons as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting founders with access to capital, resources and opportunities to grow. The partnership has resulted in nearly $3 million directed to Black Founders and Black-owned businesses, with founders keeping 100% of their equity. The season also reunites host Marsai Martin and executive producer Kenya Barris for the first time since black-ish, created by Barris and starring Martin. It is also Barris’s first project with REVOLT since he was recently named vice chair of REVOLT Labs.

Bet On Black

Season 6 introduces a dynamic group of entrepreneurial experts who serve as mentors to student founders, in a refreshed show format. Instead of competing for a single prize, every participating founder shares in a $500,000 growth fund and receives hands-on mentorship to grow their business. This season’s founders are all students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), including Howard University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Clark Atlanta University, Grambling State University, and Fayetteville State University. Their mentors include Ryan Wilson, co-founder of The Gathering Spot; Reginae Carter, podcast host; award-winning financial expert Ashley M. Fox; venture capitalist Jewel Burks Solomon; and designer Brandon Blackwood. Together, they coach the founders on entrepreneurship, investing, brand-building, and tax and finance strategy.

“Black entrepreneurs don’t have a shortage of talent, ideas or ambition. They have a shortage of capital,” said Detavio Samuels, CEO of REVOLT.” Bet On Black was built to help turn Black entrepreneurship into Black wealth by putting real checks behind Black-owned businesses. This season, we’re taking that commitment even further. Every founder gets funded, they get access to people who can help them scale, and they keep 100% of their equity. If we’re serious about closing the wealth gap in this country, we have to invest in Black ownership.

Filmed in Atlanta, including at The Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), Bet On Black continues its investment behind the camera as well, with approximately 90% Black production personnel.

New episodes air on Mondays at 9pm ET on REVOLT’s linear network and Tuesdays at 11am ET on REVOLT.tv and YouTube. For more information, visit www.REVOLT.tv.
