Event Marks Anniversary of The People's Inaugural Project

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Stafford Foundation (TSF), a private foundation committed to helping underserved, marginalized and distressed individuals, will make a major announcement this Wednesday, January 20, 2010.

Bill Cosby, noted comedian and educator, will be participating in the event with The Stafford Foundation Chairman and CEO, Earl W. Stafford.
