The book mentions celebrities and Hollywood people who Ernest has worked with and help transition into the business world. He talks about how to have strategic business meetings with high profile people for $10.

"As an entrepreneur of several ventures, I know the challenges and obstacles aspiring business owners face daily trying to grow and develop a business. I share my experiences in the corporate world, as well as the lessons I've learned as a business owner. Entrepreneurship is not really taught in grammar school or high school often times aspiring business owners take the trial and error approach or the never learn the basic skills in business that are required to attain success. This book shares with them basic business terminology as well as the skills needed to be successful."

"The marketing firm ECSMG Consulting gives us the opportunities to work with many high profile people and I've found they need the same skills and understanding of marketing, branding, relationship development skills as everyone else," Ruffin added. Here are a few quotes about the book "It's interesting, informative and provocative," according to Dr. dt ogilvie at Rutgers University..."Thought provoking, very good lessons learned and smart," according to Kurt Thomas, NBA Player..."I didn't know Ruff had this type of experience and he beat Magic Johnson in a business deal," said Kimora Lee Simmons, Entrepreneur Extraordinaire.
