Black Women's Group Helps Bridge the Digital Divide

-- The Phenomenal Women Group, Inc. (TPWG) is an organization of African American Women, who have a high moral character, strong motivation and an undying spirit to climb and reach the heights. Their moto is (Ad augusta per angusta) "To high places by narrow roads" --

Jersey City, NJ (BlackNews.com) - The Phenomenal Women Group, Inc partners with The Web Academy to help bridge the digital divide. The Web Academy can significantly help level the playing field for women in this digital age, by enrollment in the free Web Academy courses. Participation in the courses will train the participants in web design technologies that are in high demand today, formats such as HTML, PHP, CSS, XML plus more. This partnership will become a game changer giving women the capacity to tap into the current employment opportunities in the web development.

There is a critical link between technology, professional development and classroom practice.

The Phenomenal Women Group, Inc. has a sign up connection for the course if you are a woman that wants to participate in the Web Academy program.

The Web Academy is a 501c3 Organization providing FREE web design courses. The Web Academy is 100% distance learning. All of our courses are taught online with a live instructor. During class time, students are able to interact with our instructors and ask questions, just like being in an actual classroom.

About the Web Academy Founder, Eric Hamilton, Eric noticed a disturbing trend in the realm of web development. Much of the available web development talent and resources are currently located in Eastern Europe and Asia. Meanwhile in the United States, we have millions of bright and talented people who simply need exposure to new technology. The Web Academy plans expose technology to the masses.

FREE web classes to our students, we require our students to take on at least 3 web development projects of their choosing. Working on these real life web projects with real web clients gives our students actual work experience in the web industry.
