Drunk for 27 years is a true-story that depicts the heartache, pain, tragedy and trauma, Ms. Priscilla Murray-Gibson experienced through her alcohol addiction of 27 years. She is a celebrity mother of singer, actor, and model Tyrese Gibson. With the help of her children and the Alcoholics Anonymous Center in Hemet, CA, Priscilla was able to conquer her addiction and has been sober since September 23, 2006.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ms. Banks is the Owner and Director of The Little Teapot Daycare Center, founded in Fort Worth, TX in 1993. She is an Accreditation Validator for the National Association of Family Childcare and a board member of Agape Kids, an organization that supports the needs and concerns of children of battered women. Drunk for 27 years is the second published book written by author Cynthia Banks. Her first book, Prayers of the Innocent, a true-story of fear and compassion, was released in Spring 2007.
