NEW YORK – Harlem got a touch of royalty today as King Charles III visited Harlem Grown, a local non-profit urban farming organization, as part of his official state visit.
During his visit to the 134th Street farm, the King seemed to have enthusiastically fed lettuce to the chickens, joined the students in planting lavender seeds and observed a cooking demonstration.
Before leaving the Harlem farm, the King presented to his hosts a jar of honey which was harvested from the bees at one of his personal residences.
