After Delivering Sunday’s Graduation Keynote, Dr. Brown Continues The Symposium In Morrow, Georgia With A Panel, Live TricoExam Demonstrations And Product Sampling
MORROW, Ga., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Dr. Kyjuan H. Brown, a Bermuda-based physician specializing in dermatology, entrepreneur and internationally renowned trichology expert, delivered the graduation keynote at the Global Beauty & Trichology Symposium on Sunday, October 4. Today, on day two of the symposium, he unveils TricoExam, the AI-supported scalp assessment technology from Dr. Brown’s Group, along with a new line of hair loss products.
The symposium runs through today at the Morrow Conference Center and is hosted by Connie J. Judge, founder and president of the National Trichology Training Institute (NTTI), a decades-long partner of Dr. Brown and his team.
“Our mission has always been to equip and empower professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in hair and scalp health,” said Judge. “Bringing leaders, educators and new technology together gives our community the opportunity to see where this field is going next.”
An estimated 80 million Americans live with hair loss, according to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, and the demand for trained professionals keeps growing. A Morris Brown College alumnus, Dr. Brown saw the weekend as a homecoming and a chance to inspire the next class of trichology professionals.
Dr. Brown’s keynote, “What Should You Do From Here, Now That You Are a Certified Trichologist?“, went to NTTI’s graduating class and focused on what to do next now that they are Certified Trichologists. He wants them to see trichology as a career that builds income and changes lives.
“I was honored to speak to these graduates and I am grateful to Connie J. Judge for the invitation. What she has built matters. People are losing their hair every day, and they need trained professionals and products they can trust. The graduates and our team at Dr. Brown’s Group will help people keep their hair and feel confident again,” said Dr. Brown.
At 10 a.m. today, Dr. Brown teaches the mainstage class, “Beyond What Eyes Cannot See: Biofilm, Dermoscopy and the Future of Scalp Assessments with TricoExam,” showing how scalp imaging, dermoscopy, professional interpretation and AI-supported technology work together to improve assessment and communication with clients and patients. At 3 p.m., he joins a panel discussion and will provide live TricoExam demonstrations.
“The future of hair and scalp health will combine better technology and the judgment of trained professionals. Technology should support the professional, not replace them. Events like this create an important bridge between education and real-world practice. Our goal is to give professionals tools they can actually use while keeping professional judgment at the center of care,” said Dr. Brown.
Dr. Brown’s Group is stepping into that future with TricoExam, an AI-supported platform that pairs new technology with the judgment of the trained professional.
Dr. Brown’s trichology training, which began as virtual instruction during COVID, helps doctors, dermatologists, aestheticians, hairstylists, barbers, braiders and salon owners add services that build new income streams and strengthen the economic ecosystem of the hair and beauty industry.
