Minority Corporate Counsel Association Elects New Board Member
Klooz joined Wal-Mart in 1998 and has risen through the ranks to her current position. As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, she is responsible for administration of the legal department and the team of attorneys that advises on sustainability, corporate affairs and government relations. Klooz is also responsible for legal advice related to external relationships with NGOs, government officials, Wal-Mart’s advisory councils, and other third parties.
