Humble Midstream Announces Key Additions to its Leadership Team

DENVER , April 30 /Businesswire/ - Humble Midstream II Partners LLC (“Humble”) is pleased to announce that Brian Newmarch and John Shefchik have recently joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Engineering and Construction, respectively. Backed by an equity commitment from Quantum Capital Group, Humble is focused on developing traditional and low-carbon infrastructure to transform energy markets across North America.

Combined with John’s engineering and project development leadership, we are confident that Humble is well-positioned to identify unique ways to add value across the North American energy complex.”

Brian Newmarch – Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Humble, Mr. Newmarch held leadership roles with Seven Generations Energy, ARC Resources, and, most recently, Tidewater Midstream, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Newmarch has a deep understanding of strategic finance, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

John M. Shefchik – Vice President, Engineering and Construction

Prior to joining Humble, Mr. Shefchik served as Vice President/EPC Sponsor at Kiewit Corporation, overseeing the full lifecycle execution of various projects in the midstream, LNG, and renewable fuels markets. Before Kiewit, Mr. Shefchik held various roles at Saulsbury Industries, including in EPC division management, construction senior management, EPC project management, project engineering, electrical engineering, and control systems engineering. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
