6-Month Study Shows Improved Body Composition & Biomarkers For Healthy Adults Consistently Using Wellness Therapies

AUSTIN, Texas , May 02 /Businesswire/ - Restore Hyper Wellness, the nation’s largest provider of science-backed, personalized therapies with 225+ locations, today announced a significant peer-reviewed publication that demonstrates the health benefits and positive changes to participants’ body composition, heart rate variability (HRV), and blood biomarkers from the consistent use of multiple therapies over 6 months.

Dr. Rachele Pojednic helped lead the Healthspan Project, the pilot study that measured the changes from simultaneous weekly treatments of Whole Body Cryotherapy, Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy), Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy (mHbOT), Compression and Micronutrient Therapy on healthy individuals, aged 31 - 64 years.

Key Findings:

Dr. Rachele Pojednic shared, “In this pilot study, we are among the first to demonstrate the efficacy of the consistent use of complementary therapies over an extended period. Many popular wellness solutions, like Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Infrared Sauna, face an absence of evidence. We have shown that people participating in a multi-modal wellness therapy protocol demonstrate measurable improvements in blood biomarkers and biometrics related to health and recovery. One of the most significant benefits of this study was that it was done in the real world. While highly controlled studies run in a lab are critical to helping to determine isolated effect size and mechanisms, understanding how those outcomes translate to the wellness enthusiast is often challenging. In this case, we can see that consistent utilization of these wellness therapies appears to have a positive impact on health."

This study demonstrates the transformative power to promote overall wellness through the consistent integration of accessible therapies. These first-of-their-kind findings underscore Restore’s commitment to providing evidence-based solutions that address the holistic needs of individuals seeking to optimize their health and well-being.
