Higher Logic Appoints Cheryl Brogan as General Counsel

ARLINGTON, Va. , May 02 /Businesswire/ - Higher Logic, the leading online community platform provider, announces today that it has appointed Cheryl Brogan as General Counsel.

Brogan is an experienced attorney focused on technology transactions and commercial law. In her most recent role as Chief Counsel and General Manager of North America Legal at HCL Software, she and her team of in-house lawyers provided strategic legal advice to global sales teams and executive management. In her position at Higher Logic, Brogan will be responsible for legal matters, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and privacy compliance.
