STAGE PLAY PRODUCERS ANNOUNCE PRICE REDUCTION ON DVD

DVD cover

Houston, TX (BlackNews.com) - Mo'Vet Entertainment, producers of the stage play There Is One In Every Family starring gospel recording artist Shirley Murdock, announced today that it is lowering the price of its DVD to $14.99. The original price was $19.99.

"In this challenging economic climate, we realize that consumers have tight budgets," said Dwight Jackson, President and CEO of Mo'Vet. "We wanted to make our DVD accessible to more people and lowering the price is the right thing to do."

The play was filmed live in Houston, Texas in the spring of 2007. Other cast members include Chris Von, Jalene Mack, Shelton Jolivette and Evangeline Gabriel Young.

The stage play's plot centers around a mother (played by Murdock) of four sons and the challenges they all face. One son is in a life of crime; one uses the pulpit to hide his guilt and shame; one son knows who he is, but is always trying to prove himself to others; and one holds a tremendous amount of pain due to his brother stealing the love of his life.

Houston-based Mo'Vet Entertainment was formed in 2008 by Jackson and Barbara Hudson, who manages distribution rights for the company's proprietary products. The company's goal is to provide quality entertainment with a twist of faith and comedy.

The DVD of There Is One In Every Family can be ordered at Mo'Vet Entertainment's web site (www.movetentertainment.com) or at Cushcity.com (www.cushcity.com). A trailer of the stage play can be viewed at the Mo'Vet Entertainment web site as well.

Retail stores with a valid sales tax certificate can purchase the DVDs wholesale by contacting Dwight Jackson of Mo'Vet Entertainment by phone at (281) 415-8342 or via e-mail at info@movetentertainment.com.
