Intimate events in St. Louis, Phoenix and Dallas will bring fans closer to Batson through live performances, fan-led Q&As, meet-and-greets and more
STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SUNNYD is bringing its bold, bright energy to the music scene with the launch of SUNNYD Sessions, a three-city series of intimate live experiences with rising country-pop artist Maddox Batson. Coming to St. Louis, Phoenix and Dallas, each Session will give fans an up-close acoustic performance, fan Q&A and special opportunities to connect with Batson, alongside refreshing SUNNYD flavors, exclusive swag and interactive fan experiences.
At just 16 years old, Batson has quickly emerged as one of country music’s fastest-rising young artists, building a highly engaged Gen Alpha and Gen Z following with his blend of country and pop, candid personality and authentic connection with fans. After first gaining attention for covers of artists including Zach Bryan and The Red Clay Strays, Batson began releasing original music including “Tears in the River” and “I Wanna Know.” A two-time Billboard 21 Under 21 artist, Rolling Stone noted that “Batson is having his moment in country music,” while the LA Times dubbed him “a country Justin Bieber in the making.” Most recently, Batson’s Live Worldwide Tour spanned the U.S., Canada and Europe. He also co-wrote Lana Del Rey and Quavo’s “Tough,” supported Lainey Wilson’s Whirlwind Tour and Tucker Wetmore’s The Brunette World Tour, became the youngest artist ever to perform at Stagecoach and made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2025.
“I’m really excited to be partnering with SUNNYD. They’ve been awesome about creating something that gives me a chance to connect with fans in a different way,” said Maddox Batson. “I love the idea of keeping these shows more intimate, playing some songs and having some fun together. I can’t wait to bring SUNNYD Sessions to St. Louis, Phoenix and Dallas.”
Designed to feel more personal than a traditional concert experience, each SUNNYD Sessions event will welcome fans for an intimate performance from Batson followed by a fan-led Q&A. When registering, fans will have the opportunity to submit the question they’ve always wanted to ask Maddox, with select attendees invited to ask their questions live during the event.
The experience gets even closer for 25 attendees in each city, who will be selected from registered guests for an exclusive post-show meet-and-greet with Batson. Throughout the event, fans can cool off with refreshing SUNNYD flavors, score SUNNYD Sessions swag and take part in interactive experiences that bring the brand’s bold, bright energy to each stop.
The partnership comes as SUNNYD continues to find new ways to connect with today’s teens and tweens through the music, personalities and experiences that matter to them.
“SUNNYD has always done things a little differently, and SUNNYD Sessions is no exception,” said Randi Jachino, Chief Marketing Officer, Harvest Hill Beverage Company. “Music is a major passion point for our consumers, so bringing our bold, bright energy together with Maddox felt like a natural fit—and a fun way to give fans an experience they wouldn’t get at a typical show.”
