March 2, 2009 (Minneapolis) – In an unprecedented partnership, six-time GRAMMY® award winner Prince has announced Target will be the exclusive retail carrier of his full three-disc set of new studio recordings. The collection includes two original studio albums LOtUSFLOW3R and MPLSoUND and the third, titled Elixer, which introduces new artist, Bria Valente. The retailer will bundle all three albums together in a three-disc set for only $11.98, available for purchase exclusively at Target and Target.com beginning March 29.

 

In partnering with Prince, Target continues to raise the bar in its dedication to providing guests with access to innovative and diverse products and musical artists. As an iconic writer, producer and performer, Prince is one of the most accomplished artists of the last four decades. This partnership with Target demonstrates the retailer’s dedication to provide a platform for artists who have made lasting impressions on the music industry.
