The Reality Table Brings Lil Scrappy, Stevie Baggs Jr. and Alexia Adams Rosario Together for Unfiltered Conversations That Challenge the Way People See Life, Love and Relationships

October 5, 2026 by helpdesk1 |

Atlanta-based podcast brings entertainment, sports and real-life perspectives to one table and asks audiences one question: “What’s Your Reality?”

ATLANTA, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — In today’s media landscape of overproduced content and predictable talking points, The Reality Table creates a different kind of experience by bringing three distinct personalities together to have the conversations people are already having behind closed doors.

Hosted by rapper and actor Lil Scrappy, former NFL player, entrepreneur, author, speaker, actor Stevie Baggs Jr., and media personality and producer Alexia Adams Rosario, The Reality Table explores the complicated, sometimes uncomfortable, and often entertaining realities of life, love, relationships, purpose, success, accountability, and culture.

The premise is simple: three perspectives, one table, and no shortage of questions.

The result is a conversation that doesn’t require everyone to agree.

“The Reality Table was created to give people a place where real conversations can happen,” says Alexia Adams Rosario. “We don’t always see things the same way, and that’s exactly what makes the conversation interesting. We’re not here to tell people what their reality should be. We’re here to ask the questions and let people decide for themselves. “

The podcast’s recent episodes demonstrate the range of conversations the hosts are willing to explore. Topics have included gender roles, relationships, accountability, spirituality versus religion, purpose, personal growth, success, sacrifice and whether people genuinely want the truth or simply want validation.

In one recent episode, the hosts tackled the question of whether people can love someone while secretly envying them. Another conversation examined whether feminism, leadership and traditional expectations have changed modern relationships.

The show has also expanded beyond the traditional podcast studio. The Reality Table recently took its conversations to The Millennium Tour: Boyz 4 Life Tour, where the hosts interacted with entertainment personalities including Keith Sweat, Big Meech, Waka Flocka, Trey Songz, Belly Gang Kushington, YK Niece, Pretty Ricky, Baby Blue, Pleasure P and Yung Joc.

That ability to move between serious conversations, entertainment and culture has become an important part of the show’s identity.

THREE PERSPECTIVES. ONE TABLE. ZERO FILTERS.

Each host brings a different life experience to the conversation.

Lil Scrappy brings his perspective as an established rapper and entertainer whose career has kept him connected to music, television and popular culture.

Stevie Baggs Jr. brings the perspective of a former NFL player, speaker, actor, author, and entrepreneur whose experiences in sports and business provide another lens through which to examine leadership, relationships, success and personal responsibility.

Alexia Adams Rosario serves as a central voice of the table, helping guide conversations that move between relationships, personal development, culture and everyday life.

Together, the three hosts create a dynamic where agreement is never required for conversation to work.

FROM REAL-LIFE QUESTIONS TO CULTURAL CONVERSATIONS

The show’s growing range has also been reflected in its guest lineup. Recent episodes have featured personalities including Mimi Faust, Yung Joc, Jazze Pha, Dee-1, Jay Hill, Jevon Dewand and celebrity manager Melinda Santiago, adding even more voices and experiences to the table.

With its recurring question — “What’s Your Reality?” — the show invites listeners and viewers to become part of the conversation rather than simply consuming it.

“Everybody has a reality,” says Stevie Baggs Jr. “Your background, your experiences and the things you’ve been through shape the way you see the world. That’s what makes these conversations interesting. We can sit at the same table and see the exact same situation completely differently.”

Lil Scrappy adds, “We talk about the stuff people really talk about. Relationships, money, success, loyalty, life — all of it. And sometimes the conversation gets uncomfortable. That’s okay. That’s when you know you’re talking about something real, ya dig.”

WHAT’S YOUR REALITY?

As The Reality Table continues its current season, the show is expanding its conversations across entertainment, relationships, culture and personal growth while continuing to invite audiences to participate.

The question at the end of every conversation remains the same:

What’s your reality?

The Reality Table is available on YouTube and major podcast platforms.
