The organization is proud to announce the 2025 Savvy Ladies Gala Honorees—each an exceptional leader recognized for their unwavering dedication to financial education and promoting women’s financial well-being. This year’s Gala will be held on October 27th, 2025, at the Museum of Arts & Design in New York City.

The 2025 Savvy Ladies Honorees are:

  • Andre Dixon, Vice President Goldman Sachs and Miranda Josephson, Analyst, Goldman Sachs Ayco, awarded the Stacy Francis Awards for Excellence in Mentorship for being an amazing Mentor/Mentree team who mutually enhance one another’s lives and careers, and those of others around them. This Award reflects the impact of mentorship in advancing financial empowerment and leadership.
  • Celebrating Male Allyship, Savvy Ladies is pleased to announce Dr. Alex David, North East Divisional Director, Independent Contractor Division, Raymond James Financial Services and Chairman of the African American Association of Financial Advisors (QUAD A) as the 2025 Savvy Ladies Male Ally Honoree. This award recognizes the impact and importance of Male Allyship. Dr. Alex David actively supports and advocates for his female colleagues by fostering positive change through his leadership, mentoring, and actions.
  • Our Savvy Change Makers, Irina Sirota, SVP Market Executive, Business Banking, Bank of America, and Savaria Harris, Associate General Counsel, Amazon Health Services and  Executive Director, the Unlocked Foundation, are two women making a significant impact by fostering a positive environment for change and supporting financial education and literacy for women.
