Tom Brokaw to Host 'Characters Unite Town Hall' on USA network

ABOUT THE CHARACTERS UNITE TOWN HALL

America is at a critical crossroads in its history - economically, politically and culturally. With so much at stake and so many complex social issues being debated today, the Town Hall will bring together a panel of esteemed leaders in key sectors to explore how America's increasingly diverse population can heal its divisions and emerge stronger and more united. The event was inspired by USA Network's community affairs program - Characters Unite - which focuses on combating prejudice and promoting tolerance, as well as by a new Tom Brokaw documentary - American Character Along Highway 50 - set to premiere in January 2010 on USA.
