Ft. Lauderdale, FL (BlackNews.com) - Minister Win Thompkins, AKA "Uncle Win" recently released a 19 track CD entitled Project Joshua produced by Neighborly Love Records, Inc. and sold through http://cdbaby.com/cd/unclewin2, is a new approach to combat the field of false beliefs and teaching that's going on in so many churches today; where false prophets are running rampant with game and manipulation--"Pimpin" the flock of Christ through deception and mind control.

Through Project Joshua, Uncle Win focuses on real life issues that affect us all. This CD exposes what so many know but are afraid to talk about. The deception and hypocrisy that is so prevalent in every fabric of our lives from religious institutions to mainstream businesses.

Feature tracks such as "Pimps in the Pulpit," "Slow Train," "Everybody's Got a Plan," and "They Want Control," are beautifully mastered with soulful body bouncing beats delivering strong messages to open minds and change hearts.

Win Thompkins was born and raised in South Florida. He is the third of ten children and was reared in a happy home filled with laughter, music and songs. During his Christian upbringing, it was natural for Win and his siblings to sing in the church choir. As the young men grew into talented teenagers, Win and his brothers began to travel and sing gospel music locally and around the country.

At the tender age of fourteen, Win had already recorded his first gospel record which was released as a single on Cross and Crown Records. His first album was released on Holt Sullivan Nashville's label at the age of sixteen. This was followed by several other albums also available through CDbaby.

At this juncture, Win not only composed the songs but added production to his list of artistic skills.

Uncle Win's repertoire has been updated with this new CD. Project Joshua, will shock the world and promises to be an eye opener for some and a grim reminder for others who see the trickery that's being played on so many unknowingly weak minded people who think all is well and hunky dory but really don't know the story.
