Zello Health Enters Next Phase of U.S. Growth, Bringing Its End-to-End Onsite Medical Capability to American Employers

October 15, 2026 by helpdesk1 |

Global workforce health group will design, build, fit out, supply, staff, manage and govern onsite medical facilities across the U.S.

HOUSTON, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Zello Health, the global workforce health and medical services group, today announced the next phase of its U.S. expansion. Zello USA Inc. will design, build, fit out, supply, staff, manage and govern onsite medical facilities for U.S. employers, the same end-to-end model Zello delivers for governments, humanitarian agencies and industry worldwide.

Opening an onsite medical facility usually means hiring separate firms to design, build, equip, staff and oversee it, with no one accountable for the result. Zello takes on the whole job, from site risk assessment through construction and fit-out to the clinicians on shift and physician-led governance, under one contract and one clinical standard.

Facilities range from workplace and construction site clinics to remote camps, emergency response posts and temporary surge facilities. Zello USA also delivers integrated workforce health programs covering occupational medicine, screening, clinical staffing, injury care and operational risk.

Zello leads each program hands-on and works side by side with U.S. specialists as one team: Mediprise, Workplace Safety Screenings, Medical Edge Recruitment, Grayson Risk Consulting and OccuCare International. Dr. Bill Martin, MD, MBA, MPH, MMCi, supports Zello USA’s strategic and clinical development, alongside Zello’s clinical governance leadership, headed by Dr. Kevin Bailey.

“What sets us apart is that we do the work,” said Andrew Hames, Founder and Group CEO of Zello. “We design, build, equip, staff and run onsite medical facilities, and we stay accountable for the care delivered in them. Having done that in some of the world’s most demanding environments, we are now bringing that hands-on approach to American employers, working shoulder to shoulder with U.S. specialists who share our standards.”

“Our clients want one team that shows up, takes responsibility and keeps their people healthy and their operations running,” Hames added. “That is the team we have built.”

Initial focus sectors are data center construction, energy, industrial operations, construction and large distributed employers.

“American employers are not short of occupational health services. What they lack is a way to bring those services together under consistent medical governance and measure what they deliver. That is the gap this model is designed to close,” said Dr. Martin.
